Welcome to Spinola Park

 Spinola Park is located in the heart of St. Julian’s. The project delivers a high quality working lifestyle with the comforts of being in a green, thoughtfully curated space.  

 Efforts to limit the environmental impact began even before construction - the rock excavated from the site was recycled as aggregate for the concrete. The building has extensive energy-saving thermal insulation on the roof and façade. 

The terraces which characterize Spinola Park's facade are adorned with 90 linear meters of lush vegetation per floor. The irrigation of these terraces uses recycled water from the AC units to keep waste minimal.
